Globalnet has been supporting MHD Production’s IT requirements for the last 5 years, including remote management, antivirus and cybersecurity, helpdesk support, back up and Cloud storage and Office 365 across both PC and Apple Mac platforms. They have also helped with hardware purchases at competitive pricing.

With Globalnet I can trust that our equipment is looked after and kept in tip top shape with their background monitoring, and in the rare instances when we experience problems the team is quick to respond and resolve the issue.

The best thing about using Globalnet is their accessibility as they always come back to us quickly. They have helped us adapt systems to fit our business model. They have also been really helpful during the COVID lock down. Like a lot of people, we are working from home and have had to call on them more frequently to adapt to the new way of working.

Globalnet installed a VoIP telephone system for us and this has changed how we use our phone system and saved us about 75% on our telecommunications bills.  The VoIP system is so flexible and allows us to practically ‘set-up’ an office from anywhere within a matter of minutes, which is very helpful when working from home.

With Globalnet you always know who you are speaking to, it is not a faceless call centre where you speak to many different ‘technicians’.  The small support group enables problems to be dealt with quickly and if one technician can’t help the issue is very quickly escalated and dealt with.
